Q: Can you tell us about your role as a Talent Specialist at Greyamp? What are your main responsibilities?
Anna: As a Talent Specialist, I manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. I help set team strategies, define goals, and plan initiatives to meet hiring targets. I also focus on process improvement, optimizing sourcing, screening, assessments, and evaluations to streamline talent acquisition.
